What a fun morning!

From Joe, the first security officer I met upon arrival, to Buffy, the make-up artist and then to every person I met along the way this morning, I have nothing but gratitude. It moves me that there is a greater consciousness about our food supply and our opportunities as individuals to be able to be part of the solution around food security and simple ways that we can do good things for the environment.

Thank you Keri Adams and Brent Shearer for the invitation for me to talk about the coming Fraser Valley Food Show/Gluten-Free Living Show and also to share one of YUM’s Signature recipes on the show, featuring the value of edible gardening. So often we want to take action, but don’t quite know where to start. I feel that this recipe is one that is a great jumping off place.
