While I previously announced about the cutting edge allergy-friendly Danube river cruise – Prague to Budapest that Journeys With Heart is hosting to support the local BC charity the Canadian Celiac Association – Vancouver Chapter, I have not mentioned about Avalon Fresh!
In addition to the cruise being entirely gluten-free and celiac-safe, there be healthy and delicious vegetarian food options made available on the cruise with local garden-fresh ingredients that have been designed by the prestigious Wrenkh Brothers. While in Vienna, one of the excursions included in this allergy-friendly holiday tour will include a gluten-free cooking class that will be offered by Karl and Leo Wrenkh themselves! As an added bonus, I will be providing demos of recipes from YUM that will also be featured as part of the on-board menu items.
