Thanks to Dede Rittman, I had the privilege of being a radio guest for Neil Haley on the Total Education Network. This show is syndicated on over 100 stations and is heard by over 2 mil weekly listeners in 180+ countries.

For this interview, Neil wanted to discuss YUM and issues around “healthy eating.” Of course, the first thing I clarified in the interview was how there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to optimal diet. We had a delightful discussion about “bio-individuality” and the value of discovering what your unique dietary needs and sensitivities may be.  By explaining how food sensitivities can surprisingly be contributors to health challenges in some people (including neurologically-based problems, such as headaches, depression, anxiety,…), my hope is that listeners may discover that some health problems that they previously thought were a normal part of living may actually be optional, or at least be mitigated with relative ease. When I mentioned the work of Dr. David Perlmutter, I was pleased that Neil was not only familiar with his work and its relevance to our conversation, but has actually interviewed him for  a previous show.

Check out the Total Education Network website for information about where and when the program will be aired in your area.
