The more we can teach our kids how to cook real food, the more empowered they are to care for their health and possibly even be able to prevent unnecessary health challenges that are associated with the commonly-consumed highly processed, pesticide-exposed and genetically-altered (GMO) food. Children are who have the most to gain from the “Food Revolution”—let’s give them all we’ve got to help them have a better life as they inherit the earth!
