It’s REALLY Happening…
I just booked my flight to China in May for the GOURMAND World Cookbook Awards Event for #YUM!
It was a big decision, but is one that feels right. It’s an honour to represent Canada in such a prestigious competition, short-listed as one of the 12 Best Diet Books for the Public In The World. It is also a privilege to be able to share my knowledge & experience to help increase public awareness and personal empowerment around food allergies & sensitivities and also offer a new perspective of living where we can all live a life FULL of PLEASURE with a mindset FREE of “SHOULDS” (I especially LOVE that part!), even without sugar, dairy, gluten, eggs or potatoes.
Who said that eating a high-fibre, heart-healthy and diabetic-friendly diet, rich in fruits and veggies needs to be boring or not taste delicious? (not me, that’s for sure!)
