This has been an exciting fall launch…and the fun continues—Wait until you see what November is looking like!

For November, I’ll be mostly staying closer to home for the next little while, with the Body Soul & Spirit Expo starting the next big round of events this coming weekend, where in addition to YUMmy samples, we’ll be featuring our charities and additional book discounts with our Wheel of Fortune spinner. Then, I’ll be heading back down to Washington next week to provide an evening talk at the University Place Pierce County Library, with a quick turnaround back to Vancouver for my Author Meet & Greet Reception at the renowned Barbara-Jo’s Books to Cooks, then another Meet & Greet at The Change Dining Restaurant. What a week it’s going to be!!!

The West Coast Christmas Show will be a special highlight (immediately after Gardenworks – Mandeville’s Christmas Open House), where not only will I have a booth, but I will again be a featured speaker, taking the stage several times—this time doing lots of fun cooking demonstrations of YUMmy holiday treats!!! How would you like to see the delectable No-Bake Pumpkin Pie, the Caramel Popcorn, or the easy-peasy crock-pot Fudge Lava Cake—all with tasty samples to go with it? Yep! That’s what we’re planning for—and oh my goodness, will we be having a great time together. <3

Of course, as I have been doing at all of my events, not only will there be extra special book discounts and other surprises, but there will also be a DRAW for a FREE YUM Book! This has become a super fun part of the events—seeing the joy in the lucky winners’ faces has been incredible! I’ll be writing a post about some of the Okanagan events soon, including photos of many of the beautiful people who have touched my life during my journeys.

In the meantime, be sure to mark your calendars—I’d sure love to see you at these coming events.

TN-heart

Theresa

P.S.  If you have a group that would enjoy some extra special YUM TLC—having me visit or even offer a talk or lead a conversation or demo, let me know. The tour scheduling is carrying on as a very dynamic and evolving process as I am focusing on getting the word out about YUM and also offering hope and inspiration where it is most needed. It’s time to make lemonade out of the lemons life has given each of us.

P.P.S. If you are up to something extra, be sure to listen — or maybe even CALL-IN ((310) 807-5219) to my next LIVE radio show (Monday, November 9th – 4pm PST/7pm) READ MY LIPS with Bonnie Graham. During the one-hour program, I will be the guest featured during the second half. It should be a lot of fun—Both Bonnie and the first guest Roberta are extremely colourful people. It’s hard to imagine where the worldly (and other-worldly) winds will take us during the show—listen and find out why!
