This weekend, we will be at the 2016 Fraser Valley Food and Gluten-Free Living Show — April 1-3 at the Tradex, Abbotsford. I will be performing several live cooking demonstrations on the Celebrity Cooking Stage with terrific celebrity chefs like the Food Network‘s Surreal Gourmet, Bob Blumer. I couldn’t be more excited to be participating in this amazing show! In its 8th year, the Show is a celebration of the abundance of B.C.’s local food and artisanal gluten-free products

Don’t miss the Edible Garden School Stage, sponsored by 99 Nursery & Florist, where local experts will provide hands-on advice for how you can grow and harvest your own backyard vegetables. I will also be sharing about exciting ways to not only enjoy the convenience of nurturing an edible garden, but also how much beauty can be created by doing so. Edible landscaping is fast becoming another opportunity to live a more sustainable and mindful life—and have a fantastic time while doing so! My garden talk will be on Saturday at 12:15pm, where I’ll also be showing you a tasty food demo of a recipe from YUM using fresh goodness right from the garden.
